What Will Your Day Look Like? (RESPONSIBILITIES)
• Coordinate services between different parties, ensuring everything goes according to plan.
• Act as a liaison between users, providers, and other stakeholders to guarantee timely and effective communication.
• Handle unexpected situations quickly and with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Record and follow up on cases using digital platforms.
What We’re Looking For (REQUIREMENTS)
• Advanced English level (at least upper B2 or C1).
• Assertive communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make quick decisions.
• Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
