Requisitos
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of sales experience in a call center environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with sales software and technology.
Knowledge of sales principles, methods, and practices.
Ability to speak fluent english and spanish.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
