Requisitos
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with customer service software and technology.
Knowledge of customer service principles, methods, and practices.
Ability to speak fluent english and spanish.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Certification in customer service or a related field (optional).
